Design your own shirt – Dye Sublimated
Whether you want shirts for your team or just for yourself, you can design your own custom t-shirts here!
We offer three options for decorating shirts: Screen Printing, Vinyl Heat Transfer and Dye Sublimation.
This is this Dye Sublimation option.
Dye sublimation is a completely washable, smooth image that’s fully embedded into the material. Plus, the quality is high resolution consisting of vivid, vibrant colors.
When you follow proper washing instructions, dye sublimation prints will not fade like direct to garment (DTG) prints or crack and peel like vinyl applications.
There is no minimum order quantity and no limit of the quantity of colors in your print, however, we cannot print any color that is LIGHTER than the shirt color with this print method.
Example, you cannot print pink on a red shirt. The pink pigment will print, but it will only darken that area of the shirt, not lighten it.
We cannot print white at all. If white is part of your design, the shirt color will show through that area.
Here are a couple of visual examples:
If you need lighter colors on darker garments, check out the Screen Printed Shirts or Vinyl Printed Shirts Options.
Pricing is based on the number of print locations (ex: Full Front, Left Chest, Full Back, Sleeve, etc).

Tall items (LT, XLT, 2XLT & 3XLT) may not be available in all colors and some tall items may not match the non-tall color options perfectly. If you select a tall size and the color is not available, we will contact you to let you know what alternatives are available.
How to Measure:
Measure under the arm and around the fullest part of the chest with arms down, keeping tape horizontal.
Remember to measure all the way around your body, not just around the front or back.
Another trick is to take a shirt you own that you love the fit of, lay it flat and measure the widest point (usually right below the sleeves) and then double that number. So if you have a 23" width, double that is 46", so you would need a XL shirt.
