Refunds & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Billiard Lifestyle. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy below before initiating a return.


Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within thirty (30) days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Items must be in their original condition

  • Items must include original tags and packaging (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Personalized or custom-made items (if applicable)


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or item, please return the original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within thirty (30) days of delivery here.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.


Processing Time

Please allow ten (10) business days after receiving your return for processing.
You will be notified once your refund has been issued.


Pre-Orders & Custom Items

Some Billiard Lifestyle products are offered as pre-orders. Pre-orders will be labeled in the product page title and/or in the product description. These items are made fresh and prepared specifically for scheduled production runs.

Pre-order items may take longer to fulfill because they are not produced immediately. Production typically begins when:

  • A minimum order quantity has been reached, or

  • The pre-order cutoff date has passed.

Estimated fulfillment or pickup dates will be provided when the pre-order is announced or at the time of purchase. Once the order has been placed, pre-orders cannot be canceled.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1. Check your bank account or PayPal account again
2. Contact your payment provider — processing times vary
3. If you’ve done all of the above, contact us here.


Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible here.
